The 41st New Mexico Pageant of Bands Marching Competition was held on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at Rio Rancho Ram Stadium in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. We would like to thank the New Mexico Pageant of Bands Organizing committee and Executive Board for their dedication and commitment to providing our youth the opportunity to perform. This committee is comprised of volunteer representatives from high school band parent and booster organizations from the following Albuquerque area public high schools: Albuquerque, Cibola, Del Norte, Eldorado, La Cueva, Manzano, Rio Rancho, Sandia, Valley and Volcano Vista. Thank you Rio Rancho Public Schools for welcoming us this year at Rio Rancho High School. Thank you to those community members who have volunteered to serve as judges for the People’s Choice Awards. In addition, we would like to thank former Pageant of Bands committee members who have volunteered at the Pageant. Thank you also to Jerry Cross, Chris & Bill Drotning, and Baum’s Music. These individuals, and this business have joined with Pageant of Bands in recognizing the outstanding work by the high school musicians by sponsoring section awards for this year.
