A rare opportunity to see a historic band…

Continuing a touring tradition that began with legendary band director John Philip Sousa, the United States Marine Band will bring their unique blend of traditional concert band and contemporary wind ensemble music to Albuquerque on October 15, 2015 in a free concert. We invite you to join us in this celebration of America’s oldest continuously active professional musical organization in their final performance of this year’s tour.

The concert will be held Thursday, October 15 at 7:30 pm in Popejoy Hall. Doors open at 6:45 and any open seats will be given away, first-come, first-served starting at 7:15.

While there is no charge for admission, tickets are required for general admission seating. Tickets are available at the UNM ticket offices located at the UNM Bookstore on main campus or the ticket office at the Pit. You can also print your tickets at home directly through the unmtickets.com website. Tickets are available in blocks of 4.
